February 26, 2026, Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge

The Lynn Canyon suspension bridge is 40 metres long and was originally built in 1912. It is wide enough for two people to pass each other and is suspended 50 metres above the clear waters of Lynn Creek. The bridge will sway and shake, but take a peek over the edge for a breathtaking view.

The approximately 48-kilometre (30 mi) Baden-Powell Trail stretches from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver to Deep Cove in North Vancouver and leads through the densely forested North Shore Mountains. A section of the trail, approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi), runs through Lynn Canyon Park - from Lillooet Road in the south to Dempsey Road near the bus stop.
