This watermill with a built-in wooden undershot wheel was already mentioned in 1290. A new mention dates from 1429; but thereafter, historical data remain vague. It is certain that the mill was destroyed during the religious wars at the end of the 16th century. Reconstruction followed at the beginning of the 17th century. The mill was also renewed in 1774.
