The "Hafenblick" restaurant with its lovely outdoor terrace (beer garden) 🌞🍺🍽🍺🚴♀️🚴🍀😊 lives up to its name: Here, you can sit literally just a few meters from the edge of the harbor (quay wall) and relax while enjoying delicious food and a cool drink, watching the hustle and bustle of the harbor. There's always something going on around the boats, and there's plenty of maritime ambiance. 😊👍 On sunny weekends and holidays, the "Hafenblick" is sometimes so crowded that it's almost impossible to find a free seat, let alone one in the shade. Unfortunately, table reservations for groups are not possible.

It is a beautiful running route in nature. On an educational trail we can learn a lot about the peat bog near Lübbecke.

Wonderful route. I went the red route from P7 and it was easy to follow. Special highlight today were the cranes (Kraniche) gathering there before their flight South. It was spectacular to hear and see them. Just wish I would have brought binoculars to see them better.
