A beautiful church on Menden's market square in front of the old town hall. The model of the town, which is actually still standing, is worth seeing. There are good restaurants and bars nearby. The church is usually open to the public.

The Stairway to Heaven leads up... steps from the *Sky Mirror* https://youtu.be/MhknFc3x_1s?si=8KxQ8S7ezgrVhUUs up to the *Jüberg Tower*, https://sauerlandpark.de/park/garten/juebergturm which is known for its excellent and 360-degree panoramic view. The stairs take on a special artistic significance during various events in the park, both during sporting activities and during the various light illusion events, and the latter also gives them various names, such as the Rainbow Stairway or... In winter, this staircase is closed for safety reasons, but you can reach the top safely and barrier-free via the serpentine path to the left and right of the Stairway to Heaven. Unfortunately, the Jüberg Tower is not accessible to people with GDB at this time.
