Flowtrail Feldberg

Highlight (Segment) • MTB Park

The Feldberg Flowtrail is a beautifully designed flow trail for experienced mountain bikers who like to jump or take a berm. The trail is fun despite its many roots and the nice thing is the bike path to the Fuchstanz runs right next to it, which means if you want to ride again, you can just go back up and do the whole thing again. This is theoretically also possible by car, but we are here to ride our bikes, aren't we? I have to say that some features on the trail are a bit on the small side, including the corners, so ride slowly the first time. Otherwise, the trail is constantly maintained. At the beginning of the trail is an information board where you can find out about the rules and which trail color is suitable for whom. Most of the time it is very pleasant to drive here, even for beginners.
I wish everyone a lot of fun on the trail!

The mountain name refers to the dormice living there. On the mountain stand the observation tower Kaiser Wilhelm Tower and the Waldrestaurant Schläferskopf Gold. (Http://schlaeferskopf-gold.de/)
In the mountain interior is the Schläferskopfstollen.

Feldberg Singletrail

Highlight (Segment) • Trail

Something "heavier" trail for novice drivers, one should drive a MTB from trail / all-mountain category, to come down here with a secure feeling. At the beginning with div. Larger and smaller, sometimes sharp stones blocked in the way, the trail is always "flowiger" to then end at the Hochtaunusstraße. Tip: From here, turn again to Fuchstanz and from there to further trails direction OU / BH / Falkenstein.

It is worth it .. cycle up to Feldberg and then drive the routes. Above all, I think it's great that local dealers sponsor this bike park.

Absolutely awesome! However, it requires a lot of driving technique in the upper area. I can only recommend going uphill, especially because there is no heavy traffic and the way back is really good.

The Schläferskopf is a popular meeting and viewing point. The entrance to the Gravity Trail, a very demanding, approved downhill route, is right around the corner.
