The Umschussriegel is a largely open summit plateau at an altitude of 1,720 meters in the Wechsel area, located just below the Hochwechsel. From the open plateau, there is a wide panoramic view of the Wechsel area and the surrounding mountains in clear weather. Together with Schöberlriegel and Hochwechsel, it forms a particularly beautiful section of the scenic ridge hike across the Wechselkamm.

The Schöberlriegel is a 1,704-meter-high, open summit dome in the Wechsel region between Arabichl and Umschußriegel. There is a stone cairn at the summit, and in clear weather, it offers a wide panoramic view, including towards the Hochwechsel, Stuhleck, Schneeberg, and Rax. Due to its exposed position on the ridge, however, the summit is highly exposed to the wind.
