Unfortunately, the view from here is no longer there, everything is overgrown. So it makes sense to take the "path" directly along the shore to get a nice view.

The Herrenwieser Schwallung is a sandstone dam built between 1844 and 1847 near Herrenwies in the Black Forest, which dammed the water of the Schwarzenbach to form a dam pond.
