The main building was formerly a barn, and the adjoining winegrower's parlor was a residential building. There are 70 seats inside, and another 40 in the courtyard. A place with a special atmosphere, characterized by laughter, life, and the joy of a long time. It is the tradition, the homeland, the connection to the earth that define Rheinhessen, Harxheim, and also the wine bar. Everything revolves around conviviality and well-being. Beautiful moments at large and small tables, space for good humor, conversation, joy, and even celebration. Great Rheinhessen wines and a love of home on the plate. (…) The wine bar concept is: "What we prepare with love in our pans and pots must complement the wines of the region." So, first the wine, then the cuisine. The wine list is accordingly well-stocked. The list of wines by the glass alone includes more than 30 offerings from Rheinhessen, all of which are available as a "Piffchen" (little glass) or a "Schoppen" (glass).
