Great location, hut flop. Hardly any food for hut guests, so you go to bed hungry, and the price is outrageously high. Absolutely not recommended for an overnight stay.

Nice path both from La Flegere and L'Index. I liked the one from L'Index better because it was wilder, and there were less people. I used Trail running shoes, but many people wore hikingshoes an used poles.
