Today I continued with two tours from the Weser Kurier. Since these two tours partially intersect, I rode them together. This meant I missed one or two streets, but I don't think that's a bad thing. The tour starts at the main train station and leads from there through the Contrescarpe into the tranquil district, with the route to the Weserstadion and past the Weser River to Woltmershausen. Unfortunately, my bike computer's battery ran out halfway through, so I had to use Komoot to track it. So there's a second part. 😅 But up until then, the route was really beautiful, with lots of greenery and a bit of city too—just a good mix.
On the occasion of our daughter's birthday, we visited Bremen and explored the city on the Weser by bike. Meeting point: the town musicians. Not such a good idea to drive through this great city with the magnificent downtown ensemble on this sunny Sunday. Especially in the Schnoor district and on the Weser promenade it was really packed. But the birthday was on the 30th. Nevertheless, we took home a bag of great impressions (and only a few photos) from a cyclist-friendly city.

A beautiful loop using cycle streets and paths. However, the planned route around the Bremen-Mitte Hospital is no longer possible. A detour along "Am Schwarzen Meer" is recommended.
A quick tip: If you want to avoid complicated traffic lights and narrow tunnels, choose the rear exit of the train station
