On a stage of the GR 221 trail to Mallorca's Moorish heritage

After arriving by our bus 🚌, we started in the picturesque town of Banyalbufar. The altitude of this tour was also back at the beginning so it went uphill once. Past old fincas and rustic olive trees to our picnic area. After a proper refreshment we continued to our destination, to Estellencs.

Our hiking guide Andrei took us today from Estellencs to the terraced village of Banyalbufar. A very nice hiking route and as a highlight a great picnic halfway. Andrei had filled our backpacks with cheese, wine, bread, sausage, olives and many other goodies.
Really good !
