Road cycling
Beautiful scenery, challenging climbs, and little to no traffic (ridden in early June). Bring plenty of water, as there are practically no shopping opportunities. The road is now almost entirely well to very well paved, with a few (less than 10) short 100-200m stretches of gravel. No problem with a road bike.
