Since the end of February 2024, the theater has been partly hidden behind a palisade for very thorough renovation work that is expected to be completed in the spring of 2026. Operations will continue unabated during that time, but all performances will move to various other locations, such as Bolwerk and smaller halls in sub-municipalities.
