According to Breton legend, it was precisely at this spot that Saint Pol (Paul Aurélien), who came to evangelize the region in the 6th century, allegedly threw the monstrous dragon that terrorized the inhabitants into the waves, simply by binding it with his stole. Today, the site offers a spectacular and wild panorama where the waves crash powerfully against the granite blocks.
