This is the direct entrance to the casino. Further entrances (back) lead to the hotel and the restaurant with a terrace and a view of the beautiful Tuscan garden. Open daily.

It was built in 1822-1826 according to plans by Johann Bernhard Spatz (1782-1840) on the site of a baroque castle of the princes of Leiningen that burned down in 1794 as a town hall and school building in the classical style. The architect and district building inspector also designed the neighboring St. Ludwigskirche.
