In Valverde, Ciudad Real, is the Natural Monument known as the Laguna and the Volcán de la Posadilla or Fuentillejos, it was declared a natural monument in 1999 for being one of the best examples of hydromagmatic volcanoes, maar, not only in Castilla-La Mancha but from Spain.
