From the summit of Lone Mountain, you are treated to incredible 360-degree panoramic views that truly set this trail apart. You will experience a wide, well-maintained dirt and gravel path, gaining 601 feet (183 metres) in elevation. This route typically takes about 1 hour and 32 minutes to complete, offering expansive panoramic views of Red Rock Canyon and the distant mountain ranges as you go.
Planning your visit is straightforward, with ample parking available at trailheads on both the east and west sides of Lone Mountain. You will find restrooms, shaded picnic areas, and water fountains conveniently located near the trailheads. The route is also multi-use and dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your leashed pet along for the adventure.
