A wonderful little place and the heart of the idealistic re-emergence of Lahn wine. A centuries-old tradition that had (almost) died out, but has been revived thanks to the enthusiasm of individuals since the early 2000s!

At the same time, the park also pays tribute to the legacy of Baron vom Stein: a timeline provides information about the Baron's life and work, as well as his roots in Nassau and his legacy. From the city center, the next entrance to the park is opposite the palace park; a new monument there commemorates the Baron vom Stein.

Beautifully located leisure park directly on the banks of the Lahn As part of the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Year 2007, on the occasion of Baron vom Stein's 250th birthday and the 200th anniversary of his Nassau memorandum, the Baron's birthplace opens its Freiherr-vom-Stein-Park, extending from the park of Nassau Castle to the newly designed Lahn meadows. The Freiherr-vom-Stein-Park offers diverse opportunities for recreation, sports, and extended walks: areas for mini-golf and playgrounds for children are integrated into the park.

The new Roman West organ in the Protestant St. John's Church in Nassau, built in 2019, is a clear representation of the old North German Baroque organ school in a modern context. This relatively small organ features pipe scales and characteristics that largely reflect this old school. To achieve a similar effect to a larger organ, numerous double-stop stops were incorporated.
