The Sint-Antonius van Paduakerk is a Roman Catholic church in Millingen aan de Rijn. The church was built in 1914. Architect Wolter te Riele designed a three-aisled cruciform church in neo-Gothic style. The church was heavily damaged by artillery fire in 1945. After the war, the church was restored, but the tower was rebuilt in a different and lower way. The Sint-Antonius van Paduakerk is a national monument, partly because of its ensemble value with the rectory, sexton's house, cemetery and the Sacred Heart statue (1922) by Jan Custers. Saint Anthony of Padua (†1231) was a Franciscan preacher and theologian. He is one of the most popular saints in the Western Church. In popular devotion, he is often invoked as the patron saint of lost items.

The current church in Keeken is a three-aisled Gothic building with a low, four-story west tower from the 15th century. The chancel dates from 1532, and the side aisles were added at the end of the 17th century. The lower part of the tower, which still dates from the older church, the tower hall with its monastery vault, is made of tuff stone, while the upper story is built of brick. A portal window supplied by the Derix company was installed in the originally Romanesque tower in 1872. The chancel and nave of the church are built of brick. The chancel has widely projecting buttresses. The year 1532 is inscribed on one of the twice-stepped buttresses. The two structurally less well-executed side aisles were added at the end of the 17th century. At the same time as the side aisles were built, the tower was also raised by the brick section. On Saturday, May 31, 2025, the ferry ran more frequently in the morning. We had expected an hour's wait, but suddenly it arrived much earlier and crossed over again immediately. Perhaps because there were quite a few people on board. But of course, you shouldn't count on it! The price is still €2.50 per person.

The very small Tolkamer General Cemetery is used for bodies that wash up from the Rhine in the area. There are seven graves of Commonwealth Airmen, No. 640 Squadron RAF. They date from 17 June 1944. Across from these seven graves is the grave of an unknown soldier from Canada.
