The climb to the hut is technically an easy hiking trail. The path is quite wide and not very steep. Since you are in the mountains, it is of course rocky.

The cleanest hut we've seen, with decent toilets and showers. Lots of space in the dining room and delicious homemade food! I recommend trying everything!

All year open hut. Clean dorm-rooms, always running hot water for a shower after the cold hike. Friendly host makes yummy meals. Good coffee and aromatic mountain tee. P.S. The hut suplies you with sheets and has warm enough blankets. Bring your own toiletries and TP. You can buy a TP at the hut.

It took me 43 minutes to reach the Malyowitza hut from the parking lot (~2,88 km), not in a hurry but kept a steady pace. I'd recommend hiking boots, since it's quite rocky and sometimes you have to walk along with a stream.

From the parking lot you can reach the hut on foot after about 3 km and 300hm. Here you have a nice place to pause or stay overnight. There are also delicious things to eat and drink.

Nice place for walks with very interesting paths nearby. Keep in mind that the region there has very high avalanche risk due to the terain!
