The summit cross of the Veitsch is easy to climb, technically completely unproblematic. A fantastic all-round view of the neighboring mountain world awaits you. Caution is advised in fog, orientation is very difficult!

The Seebodenhütte is located in the middle of the Veitsch plateau and is a shepherd's hut. Opening hours in summer only on weekends, however, drinks should also be available on other days. No guarantee of correctness, please always inform yourself.

From the summit cross, fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, partly very spectacular

The plateau is not as flat as the Schneealpe, rather somewhat rugged, with several elevations. In fog, orientation is extremely difficult and quite exposed to the wind. Very beautiful views in all directions and wonderful nature.
