It is clearly visible from the plain below, thanks to its perched position on a sort of almost sheer promontory: when you arrive, you notice that from below it presents its rear to us (i.e. the apse). Beautiful construction, equipped to receive modern "pilgrims": very large picnic area with barbecue, fountain with drinking water (placed at the foot of a statue of Mary mother of Jesus), giant bench just below the chapel. Wonderful panorama of the plain below, Piasco, and the beginning of the Varaita valley. You climb up (with steep ramps) from the road that passes next to the castle, asphalted up to the chapel; the descent on the other side is not on a dirt road, as it appears on some maps, but on a rather challenging trail, suitable for bikers but which forces cycle tourists like me to get off and push.

Visited in late April, I can confirm the overall good condition of the little church with its fountain and barbecue. The uphill path through the woods is flooded in many sections with a fair amount of mud.
