From St. Jakob, the route is a beautiful ride and definitely worth a visit. It leads through the valley past the Alpengasthof Patsch, with its excellent cuisine, past the Jagdhaus mountain village, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip, and past the Arventalm, where you can gather your strength for the final climb to Lago di Gola. For reference: We did the tour with e-mountain bikes and two small children (3 and 5 years old) in bike seats.
