There are multiple restaurants, accommodations, grocery stores, laundromats, post office, and several outfitters. To get around town, you can use the free shuttles and buses. Even the gondola is free. ;)

From the Dillion Reservoir Recpath there are great views of the south end of the Dillion Reservoir. The edge of the water is only a few feet away, and with the occasional tree obstructing the view, it is overall a great way to see the reservoir.

Summit County offers a clean and safe range equipped with 50 yard pistol lanes, 100 yard rifle lanes, and a shotgun/trap area with throwers. There are free paper targets and all they ask for are donations and cleaning up your brass. You could also park at the tunnel by immediately turning right into the parking area.
