Yes, here in Franconia we have more carp ponds than anything else. Great. But unfortunately, since the Aischgrund carp became a protected species, it costs more than pork loin with Spätzle or something similar. Outrageously expensive, unfortunately, and what's worse, the carp farmers don't even see the money.

Brunn Castle was burned down in 1409 (and again in 1501).
