A real Kaulsdorf institution with a fascinating history. You sometimes sit on original S-Bahn wooden benches from the 1920s

The Wuhle flows here past the Biesdorfer Höhe, an approximately 82-meter-high, artificially piled-up elevation from former rubble and landfill deposits. It is now wooded and serves as a viewpoint. From the Wuhle hiking trail at the foot of the hill, you will experience a typical alternation of river landscape, floodplain forest, and urban green space.

Behind the underpass there is a sharp bend. Some cyclists come at high speed, so as a hiker you have to jump aside hectically. It would be nice if everyone took consideration for each other here.

The Wuhletalweg is number 14 of the 20 Green Main Trails in Berlin and my favorite trail. It is 16 km long. https://www.berlin.de/sen/uvk/natur-und-gruen/landschaftsplanung/gruene-hauptwege/die-wege-im-ueberblick/ It is very varied and features a diverse range of flora.

Usually quite crowded, but it's also a pretty good place to drive.

A little piece of nature in the big city. Perfect if you really want to get out into nature but don't want to drive out of town. Following the Wuhle river, you'll pass Biesdorfer Höhe and the Gardens of the World.
