Unfortunately, apart from Saturday, there is neither anything to try nor to buy here... Even the delicious smell of freshly roasted coffee was 'pressed away' by a neighbor. Now it's roasted in the Hülptingsen industrial area...

There are some severe root damages in the asphalt here! Be careful! But otherwise, it's better than the alternative routes through Bissendorf.

As a resident of Burgdorf, the Hanover Coffee Manufactory is naturally my first choice for excellent coffee. Unfortunately, after tasting it, you're spoiled for any "normal" coffee that might be offered to you at home. Sometimes, only milk and/or sugar will do... 😉 Anyone wanting to see the company's "Large Roastery" in Heeßel during normal opening hours can only do so on Saturdays between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for the "factory sale." I've marked these two words with a checkmark because, following complaints from neighbors about the smell—complaints that I find incomprehensible—regular roasting operations no longer take place there but had to be moved to the Hülptingsen industrial park. According to my information, roasting in Heeßel, if it happens at all, is now only done for lectures, seminars, and other events. ... For any further changes, please inquire here: www.hannoversche-kaffeemanufaktur.de/kontakt. In addition to excellent coffee advice, the coffee of the season (formerly the month) is available for tasting during any waiting time and also during opening hours.
