Beautiful stream crossing. If you can carry the bike, the stepping stones work well.

A bronze sculpture by Karl-Henning Seemann, located in Hilden's pedestrian zone near the Reformation Church. The hurried shopper is depicted with three legs, intended to illustrate her rapid movement. Heavily laden, she hurries through the shopping streets.

It's doable by bike; one side is very steep, but manageable. E-bikes only with push assistance.

For me, Hilden is one of the most beautiful cities between Cologne and Düsseldorf! There's always something going on in Hilden's city center. I recommend visiting "my city." There are a few, but very beautiful, old half-timbered houses here, most of which are located on the Old Market Square! The atmosphere in this city is truly magnificent!

The stepping stones are now in place, and you can cross the Eselsbach stream using a rope to guide you. Only during heavy rain do the stones become slippery or possibly flooded.
