A circular trail, almost entirely on concrete or paved surfaces, suitable for both hikers and cyclists. I walked it in winter, but I think it's very cool in summer too. Departure from the Pila parking lot.

Santa Maria in Valvendra, the largest church in the diocese of Brescia, stands at the northern edge of Lovere, outside the village that developed between the 15th and 16th centuries outside the 14th-century walls. The church was commissioned as a votive sanctuary dedicated to the Virgin of Grace by the families of the village, who had become greatly enriched through the trade of the famous Lovere cloth. Construction of the imposing church began in 1473, perhaps renovating some existing structure. For its construction, it was necessary to divert the Valvendra stream, from which the church, located in the center of the ancient riverbed, takes its name. The church was finally consecrated on August 2, 1520. Construction began in late Gothic style and then continued in Renaissance style in the Lombard-Venetian style. The exterior features a bare façade, punctuated by four buttresses and preceded by a portico with cross vaults decorated with graffito. On the sides are two Gothic-style windows, while above them stands a rose window. The classically styled portal was created by the Milanese sculptor Damiano Benzoni in 1519 and houses a 16th-century fresco of the Annunciation in the lunette. On the right side is a porch with a portal featuring interwoven moldings, crafted by Tyrolean craftsmen.
