Five years after the article in the MAZ (see comment @SWE), things aren't looking any better in the "Villa Elsthal", as the house will probably be called one day 🙁. A yellowed sign at the entrance points to a planned seminar house. The Subotniks were probably already taking place at the time of the MAZ article. One can only hope that this doesn't become a lost place too.
