At the end of the main square in Lienz stands a small church with a strikingly slender, round tower, crowned with a bulbous roof, the church of St. Antonius of Padua. Once a strongbox of the last Count of Görz, Leonhard, in which the ore owed to the sovereign was collected, the building was converted into a church in the second half of the 17th century. The high altar from 1702 comes from the Liebburg chapel, the right side altar is dedicated to St. Sylvester, the left shows the painting copy of the Mariahilf picture by Lucas Cranach in the Innsbruck Cathedral and the Holy Trinity.
