It's worth the short climb from lac d'Arvouin for the view here. I'd recommend taking the gentler-sloping track to the South, rather than going straight up or down the steep slope

The lake is beautiful. There is a path around the lake but signs request people not to use it, to protect the wildlife and sensitive ecology, so you should stick to the main track along the eastern side
