A well-paved secondary road. Generally, there's little traffic, but expect to see the occasional car here. If a tractor is coming the other way, you might have to pull over and stop. !! Coming from Bendingbostel, after a while, you'll reach a right-hand bend at a good speed, followed by several curves. These are all poorly visible, so caution is definitely advised!

Unfortunately, contrary to the information (including the signs outside), it's closed. A no-go as a church on the Way of St. James.

The stork's nest doesn't seem to be occupied at the moment, but the water lilies in the village pond are thriving. What was that about exponential growth?

Cash only. Very friendly staff, very accommodating to special requests. For example, when I asked for several ice cream cone cookies, she actually put a cone in each one. That was really sweet :-) Large roof over the terrace, making it very cozy during the rainy season.

This "very beautiful church on a hill" 🤣 is St. Dionysius Church in Bad Fallingbostel. You can read about it if you look at such things and don't just take a picture from a distance 😉 But the highlight is there...

Top asphalt for racing cyclists on the K228 without a cycle path alongside the road.
