A green hedge surrounds the gravel-covered area, creating a small, enclosed area at the center of which stands the War Memorial. The older section, constructed of light-colored stone, contains a plaque with the names of the fallen soldiers from the First World War, with a reclining figure above it. The more recent additions on either side, containing the list of victims of the Second World War, are clearly contrasted in design. Evergreen thujas (arborvitae) form the background.

On the way from Cunnersdorf to the pond area, there is this small but lovely rest area next to three oak trees standing close together. Bench with table - what more could you want?

The hall church, located on a hill, was built in 1906 and 1907 and is the work of the architect and church builder Woldemar Kandler. The organ probably originally dates from 1829 by Friedrich Jahn and was built for the Ehrlichsche Gestift in Dresden. It had a manual, a pedal and 10 registers and was rebuilt several times, most recently for the Jacobikirche in Döbeln, built in 1904. From there she was transferred to Cunnersdorf in 1908.[14][15] In 1917 the prospectus pipes had to be handed in. In 1946 the organ was redesigned by the Hermann Eule Orgelbau Bautzen company and repaired in 1957 and 1966.[16] The church is a plastered building with short buttresses and has a mansard roof. It has a flat west side with an entrance porch and a three-sided flat apse. The choir flank tower with a slate hood has a clock. The interior has a single nave with a gallery.[17] The rectory has a mansard hipped roof and stands on an angled floor plan. Wikipedia
