The path from Gries does not really match the map and is in some places rather poorly preserved. There are many fallen trees and piles of branches along the path and sometimes the path is half overgrown. Path markings are useful, but without them it would be quite difficult

The best Wienerschnitzel of my life! After the climb it is the ideal place for a break before resuming your pedaling!

Right at the end of the climb towards Padaun, this splendid farm welcomes hikers, tourists and cyclists, offering rooms and above all excellent traditional and genuine cuisine. I ate the best wienerschnitzel of my life here! I asked to be able to charge the e-bike battery - there are no columns or the like - and I was offered a power outlet inside the structure. Naturally, the battery must be removed and it is not possible to recharge it with the e-bike nearby (it is a problem for models that do not allow the battery to be removed easily and quickly).
