Nice place at Bolmen

There are many shelters like this in Sweden. This one is located right on Lake Bolmen. Perfect for a rest or even an overnight stay. There's a barbecue area and restroom available. If you want to stay overnight or have a fire, you have to pay a fee of a few euros, which you can pay online. There's a sign at the lake with detailed information. I just relaxed in the hammock. Until sunset. The entrance to the lake is very shallow here, making it suitable for children. The water is wonderfully fresh and clear.

According to legend, the rock is named after the priest Ivar. He is said to have refused to switch from Catholic teaching to Lutheranism in the 16th century. Here he is said to have gathered his listeners and preached.
