the first section is really black... but after that the trail actually has quite a lot of flow

Technical Trail. For the First Ride I Stopped at some Key sections to check them. Once you know what comes it is good rideable, if you have experience in tech Trails (S2+). Lower Part gets more flowy and has some bigger Jumps but for the jumps there is always an alternative chicken way. If you Like Tech Trails with Rock Rollers, Stepper Parts, corners and rocks that Trail is for you.

Awesome, black trail. The entry is tough; the rock at the beginning is steep, but grippy, but not completely rideable. After that, there's a rock slab, very grippy and very easy to ride. It looks harder than it is. It cost me a lot of money, but I rode it. Then it continues on a really rocky path. A real challenge for me, but we looked at the options and rode down. It's also suitable for experienced and ambitious weekend riders. After that, the trail sections, some flowing, some steeper with features, stretch down the slope to the parking lot. Not easy, as it's steep, rooty, and rocky, but after the tough entry, it's easy to ride. A fantastic trail that you have to work hard to get on, but then it's a lot of fun.

A new trail officially opened in 2025 by the RV Edelweiss Deidesheim Nature Trails. The trail has two sections. The first section is very flowy with a few roots and rocks over great, firm sand through the forest, with corners featuring berms every now and then. Well done. The second section also features jumps that you should watch out for, as they don't roll over or have a gap. With a little experience, they're easy to ride, but they can also be easily avoided. The second section features a field of rocks that less experienced riders should take a quick look at, but it's still rideable. A difficult feature is the Rock Stab, which is a variation of the trail. The rock is steep but grippy. At the end, however, you have to ease off the bike and be careful not to crash into a tree near the landing, so it's for more experienced riders than me. The actual trail continues a few meters uphill and then takes a technical, blocked, and steeper turn. While it's easy to ride, it can also be challenging for less experienced riders. The trail requires good bike control in places, but it's brilliant! A ton of fun.
