Singletrack at the restored gravel pit near Langener Waldsee

Highlight (Segment) • Trail

Nice trail in the "plain" between Wiesbaden, Darmstadt and Frankfurt. Longer than most others in the area. Including roots, narrow passages, small hills and hollows. There is even a mud hole that only dries out in the height of summer. :-)

Depending on speed, suitable for beginners and advanced riders, somehow everyone has fun here.

Just watch out for wild boars in the corresponding season!

Very nice trail. Best directly in this region. Always my pleasure. It's really fun to ride fast on this narrow trail. 👍

Singletrack at Bornbruchsee

Highlight (Segment) • Trail

Nice little single trail (no slope, so pedaling throughout), also suitable for beginners. Entry in the west with a small hill that can be driven over. Do not be frightened by any nudist bathers who may be present. ;-)

Large leisure area in Rüsselsheim Ostpark. Beer garden and many benches. Drinks and food such as tarte flambée, pizza or bratwurst. Climbing park, mini golf, boules and dirt park below the former toboggan hill.

Cool trail with two/three jumps! For all those wearing shorts: Some parts are pretty prickly.

I have to agree, the best trail between Langen and Walldorf. Direction Mönchbruch or FFM Stadtwald/OF similarly good.

This is a really fun trail, narrow, rooty. With approaches of a berm and jump. Beautifully landscaped, it is slightly elevated above the former gravel pits. Unlike almost all other trails in the area, this one is even a bit exposed at the end. Level S0-S1, never S2. Driving towards the forest swimming pool a little faster than vice versa. Is definitely the best trail on this side of the Mönchbruch.

Fairly well-maintained climbing forest with some fun obstacle ideas and usual prizes. There is also a beer garden for refreshment afterwards, right next door. Note the off-season opening hours!

Urban's climbing park in Rüsselsheim's Ostpark is particularly recommended for families with children up to the age of 12, because there is an unusually large proportion of low (2-4m high) courses. Seven out of eleven crates are specially designed for kids. But adults also get their money's worth, the 10 meter high "Wonder Woman" course and the "Iron Man" route are not without their problems. You have to plan some time for the 200 meter long (!) "Batman" with its 23 elements. In the 2023 season, further smaller routes are to be added, and for the season after next, 2024, an extension with an up to 25 meter high system on artificial trunks is planned. In addition to the climbing facility with a beer garden, mini golf, trampolines, playground, table tennis tables, etc., the park is also well equipped in other ways. https://www.urbans-kletterpark.de/parcours/
