Rocky Trail Near Stanković

Highlight • Trail

Komoot recommends this route from Stanković for mountain bikers in the direction of Duba Pelješka. But unfortunately it was not as "kommod" in Uphill as I imagined - large boulders and boulders. 😒 Consequently: first break and return.

Učka Nature Park Visitor Centre

A great starting point for tours. Very fine museum, small cafe, clean toilets and WiFi (but sometimes no mobile network). This also makes a good stopover on longer MTB or Gravel tours. We recommend.

I've rode this part couple of days ago. There is a unpaved road there now, duable with E-bike (my wife did it all the way). I had to push my Orbea on three spots, for approx 100m. Ascent is very steep but mostly the problem is rough, unpaved ground. Anyhow, you have to have some technical knowledge how to ascent this kind of surface and you have to be stubborn.

A bit tricky with a fully loaded touring bike, but doable – including some pushing sections. Great views and swimming opportunities – but probably not recommended with a touring bike during peak season.

A super beautiful path that's easy to cycle. However, in the summer, there are lots of swimmers along the way.
