The church's elongated brick hall was built in the 15th century and extended to the south in 1695. The neo-Gothic renovation in 1901 gave the church its present appearance, adding the west tower and south porch and replacing the windows. Remains of a medieval baptismal font and a holy water font can be seen in the east wall. The interior includes a Baroque pulpit altar from around 1700 with rich carvings, pews and galleries from the 18th century, and votive discs from 1599 from Stulpe Monastery. The organ with its neo-Gothic facade comes from the Völkner workshop in Dünnow.
