The former department store at Neuer Markt 5 in Jarmen, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, was built in 1912 as Haus Waterstraat and is a listed building. It is a two-story commercial building with Art Nouveau elements, a three-story gable, and a mansard roof, located on a triangular square. During the GDR era, it served as an HO department store. As part of urban development funding, the building was renovated around 1992/1994 and has since housed a branch of the Volksbank Demmin.

The administrator's villa (also known as the official residence) of the former Jarmen sugar factory was located at the western end of Fabrikstraße in Jarmen. It served as the residence of senior employees of the sugar factory, which operated from 1897 to 1990.
