Perfect place for walking tours to Rondane Nationalpark or to the Dovre Nationalpark. Good for bikers through Grimsdalen (loading for E-bikes)

Dovre Church is situated within the upper Gudbrandsdalen valley. You'll likely spot its structure from the main road as you cycle through. The church is easy to spot from the main road and it's a good chance for a break to have a rest.

A very nice hotel that can be used as a base for tours in Rondane and Dovre National Parks. The hotel is located about 2-3 kilometers (1-2 mi) from a train station. A free shuttle service is available upon request.

They'll serve you a wonderful 3 course meal at 1900hrs. If you plan on staying for a couple of nights (at this one or other DNT-cabins) it might be worth it to sign up for a DNT membership to get the discounted price.
