The late Romanesque basilica from the 2nd half of the 13th century was significantly rebuilt in the 15th century. Documentarily mentioned in 1463 as a parish. Damaged by fires in the 17th century and 1830, parts destroyed by an earthquake in 1690. The Gothic stepped choir dates from the 14th/15th century. The west building with 2 towers dates from the late Romanesque period. The north tower is Gothic with a Baroque onion dome, the south tower was destroyed by an earthquake. The west portal was created between 1240-47. Inside, a hall with star rib vaults from 1473-93 (renewed in 1830), in the choir, fine net rib vaults.

Unfortunately, there is no way to cross the Drava between Annabrücke and Tainacherbrücke. The old bridge would be a highlight for hikers and cyclists. I would also like to add: "Where there's a will, there's a way".
