The Buchholzbrücke playground isn't far from the parking lot. It's a great place for a day out with children. They can have fun playing, splashing around in the water, and really let off steam. On weekends, the kiosk is often run by the OHGV (OHGV).

At the Herrteich there is also a bench with a view of the beautiful water surface and on the sign there you can read the legend of the "Gocken" and "Niederdeckenbach" etc.

It was nice that the Protestant St. Stephen's Church was open today and we could admire this beautiful church from the inside. I particularly liked the stained glass windows and I also found the beautifully decorated altar, the old baptismal font and the gallery with the large organ very beautiful.

Beautiful (barbecue) area right by the rocks with a shelter, pond and fountain. Sensational large dragonflies by the water.
