It is a pleasure to cross the Elbe sometimes from the east and sometimes from the west. That would not have been possible 40 years ago!

Rides wonderfully, below the dike.

Unfortunately, the facility has aged a bit and the exhibition is no longer didactically modern. Some exhibits are defective, pictures are faded, and the aquarium panes are mossy. A barrier made of construction fence elements has been standing at the tower for more than 2 years. The content is interesting, but more could be made of it.

Now in the winter just before Christmas it was dead around the Elbe. Everything, absolutely everything was closed. Only here did a sign proclaim "warm food throughout". Sounded good enough, looked very comfortable too. If we weren't already full, we would have liked to try it. The large beer garden must be great in summer!
