Beautiful place on the Danube. The car ferry from Austria also docks here.

A beautiful descent from Untergriesbach to Obernzell. We started at Brauliebe Hauzenberg and chose the loop to the Danube and back. This is probably the best option when it comes to effort and climbs.

The path follows the former railway line, running on medium-coarse gravel with a consistently manageable gradient. A short, steeper section at the top, leading to the road to Untergriesbach, is paved. Beautiful scenery along the Griesenbach stream.

A marvel at an old section of the railway track on this route. The ZF Bahn once ran along here. As well as the newly constructed stream channel
