It simply belongs to the Zittau Mountains and its whistling and the rattling of the wheels echo into the forest, so when biking in the Zittau Mountains, you can also hear this wonderful narrow-gauge railway very often and, of course, admire it at path junctions!

It's not Knappenrode, it's Boxberg. Knappenrode only had a briquette factory. Please change the title.

Lake Africa, or the "Łuska C" pit. Its current name comes from the reservoir's shape, which resembles the African continent. It was created by filling the open-pit excavation of the post-war "Przyjaźń Narodów – Szyb Babina" mine with rainwater and partially underground water. The lake covers over 20 hectares, and its maximum depth is 24 meters. A massive observation tower and several terraces were built on its shore for observation.
