🚲✨ The Old Forester's House in Bagno is a fascinating, albeit sad, contrast to the magnificent concert gallery. While the rest of the park shines, here you see pure decay. It used to be a stately home in the Heimatstil style with a workshop and even a small swimming pool in the garden. Almost nothing is left of it today; nature has largely reclaimed the area.

🚲✨ Haus Alst is nestled in the vast park landscape of the hamlet of the same name, a little outside the town center of Horstmar. You can best reach this hidden gem via the quiet country lanes that wind through the fields and meadows between Horstmar and Steinfurt.

🚲✨ The sculptures along the Radbahn Münsterland were once an artistic signpost through the landscape, but today these works of art have unfortunately almost completely disappeared. On the long section between Rheine, Burgsteinfurt and Coesfeld you will hardly find any traces of this former open-air gallery.

🚲✨ The Dinozoo Metelen on the Samberg is unfortunately no longer a destination for a family outing with live animals. You will find this once-popular park in the Metelen Heath permanently closed today, which makes many cyclists feel wistful.
