Built between 1439 and 1464, one of the last three remaining city towers of the medieval fortifications. I was very surprised when I passed this medieval building on the way back from the shopping street. I hadn't expected it, as I don't know my way around Ratingen. I was pleasantly surprised. Great building... well worth a look.
