Beautiful route. Forest on one side, water on the other. It's truly relaxing to ride along. It's a bit challenging on a racing bike, but easy to navigate with other bikes.

The beautifully shaded forest path from Müggelseeperle to just before Müggelhort has some access points to the water, but only a few spots that are really good for swimming. It is clear that the quality increases more and more towards Kleiner Müggelsee (i.e., to the east). There are also nice resting places. You can see cormorants, but only from a distance. Kleiner Müggelsee is also definitely worth a visit. It has a great sandy beach with lots of sun! Quieter spots can also be found, but due to the adjacent forest, they are all in the shade.

The mermaid is such a hottie. I proposed to her but she didn't respond.
